The Role
You will assist in the procurement process, including supplier selection & negotiation.
Monitor & manage inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
Liaise with contractors & Co-ordinate with the departments to ensure the seamless flow of supplies & services.
Analyze data & prepare reports to identify areas for process improvement & cost reduction.
Monitor Regular Maintenance & repair work of Civil / Electrical /Plumbing Infrastructure and assist with general administration.
Requirements
National Certificate in Technology (NCT) in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification with a minimum of 01-02 years’ of work experience in the related filed.
Prior experience in a similar establishment will be considered as an added advantage.
A keen eye for detail and a proactive & team player mindset.
